Dietmar’s Story

Many years ago, Dietmar worked as a top executive for several major international corporations. He enjoyed the work but found the internal politics discouraging. He was frustrated because “making the numbers” seemed to matter more than people. A change seemed necessary to his well-being, and that change came with his enrolment in The Hoffman Process. This dynamic self-discovery experience opened Dietmar’s eyes to a new way of living, transforming every part of his life. He discovered his spiritual self and deep insights on how he related to others. He realized he was connected to all parts of himself – emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual. Recently he said, “I learned to love myself. Gratitude, compassion, and forgiveness became essential components of my life. I discovered that change is temporary, but transformation is permanent! With these insights, Dietmar knew he could help others transform themselves too.

An active community member, Dietmar has served on several boards and panels. Dietmar co-founded City Kids Publishing, and a magazine designed to support those looking to enhance parenting skills. Dietmar became Editor-in-Chief of this publication. At the same time, he was taking dozens of self-help workshops, and courses. Dietmar has experienced years of therapy and read hundreds of self-help books. He has a degree in Sociology. Dietmar spent two years becoming certified as a Hoffman Institute Canada Facilitator & Coach. He is also certified as a Fusion Strategic Facilitator: over the past he has delivered many transformation-focused workshops and has extensive experience with executive coaching. He is passionate about supporting leaders in scaling their business through executive coaching and strategic planning.

In his personal life, Dietmar has spent over 28 years in an amazing relationship. He and his partner love to laugh, travel and entertain. They enjoy being in nature together. They love to give back to the community in various volunteer roles, and to share quality time with friends and family.

Dietmar loves to be of service. He has overcome personal challenges that have helped him empathically tap into other people’s problems and offer workable solutions. He is an inspiring leader who is immensely personable. He has a passion for mentoring others. He loves helping people and loves the process!
